This is a hands-on leadership role focused on overseeing service quality and team performance, with time in the field to coach technicians and resolve issues. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day service quality across assigned technicians and routes Monitor performance, identify issues, and coach technicians in the field Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution Support route execution and step in on service calls when needed Review accounts, service notes, and quality to maintain standards Coordinate with operations on scheduling, materials, and field needs Provide input on technician performance, discipline, and advancement decisions What We're Looking For 3+ years of lawn care or fertilization experience Solid understanding of lawn care diagnostics Experience working alongside or guiding other technicians Comfortable working in the field while helping guide team performance Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members Reliable and able to manage responsibilities independently Requirements Michigan Pesticide Applicator License (Category 3A required) Additional categories (3B, 7A, 7F) preferred or willingness to obtain (company support available) Valid Michigan Driver's License Chauffeur's License Able to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions This role is a good fit for someone looking to step into a leadership position while continuing to work in the field and build experience managing people and operations.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
