This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating production, employees, equipment, material flow, and schedules across our CNC machining, laser cutting, fabrication, welding, and assembly operations. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations, production teams, supervisors, and department leads. Develop production schedules and priorities to meet customer delivery requirements. Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure materials are available to support production. Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, labor utilization, and on-time delivery. Identify and implement improvements to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, workflow, and capacity. Manage employee performance, training, development, hiring, and corrective actions when required. Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure operational supplies are available. Review production requirements, labor needs, capacity, and output against company goals. Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Management to resolve production issues. Ensure employees follow drawings, specifications, work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures. Skills Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience . Strong background in a CNC machining and metal fabrication environment . Experience with CNC machining, laser cutting, brake press, MIG/TIG welding, metal finishing, and assembly strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage production schedules, employees, equipment, and multiple priorities. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with manufacturing ERP systems and production KPIs preferred. High school diploma required; college degree in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.Pay:
