Job Description
Executive Operations Analyst LuxWall is seeking a highly capable, intellectually curious, and execution-oriented Executive Operations Analyst to directly support the CEO in a high-growth environment. This is not a traditional role. As Executive Operations Analyst, you work directly with LuxWall's CEO as a force multiplier by expanding bandwidth, accelerating decisions, sharpening how the organization executes, and turning ideas into things that actually generate revenue. You will create work product that shapes the company: board and investor discussions, strategic partnerships, business model exploration, customer negotiations, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization of a technology. In a single week you might build the analysis that frames a capital decision, design a board deck, research a new market, rebuild a KPI dashboard, and chase down the six open items that are quietly blocking three teams. The work is varied, fast, and consequential. Key Responsibilities Act as a proactive force multiplier by anticipating needs, closing gaps, and creating leverage rather than waiting for assignments. Translate executive ideas and fast-moving discussions into structured analyses, action plans, and finished deliverables. Manage and prioritize the critical follow-ups, action items, and initiatives. Create high-impact presentations and content in PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign — work that stands up in front of boards, investors, and enterprise customers. Prepare materials for executive meetings, board and investor discussions, customer meetings, and strategic partnerships. Organize and structure complex information so leadership can decide quickly and confidently. Conduct rigorous market, competitive, and technical research on strategic projects and distill the information into something usable and actionable. Develop and maintain effective Excel-based and Power-BI-based analyses, trackers, dashboards, and models. Support KPI tracking, operational analysis, ad hoc analyses, and business planning. Track milestones, deadlines, and strategic initiatives across the company, and surface risk before it becomes a problem. Improve organizational efficiency, communication flow, and execution discipline. Take on special projects and high-priority initiatives spanning operations, business development, finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and technology commercialization. Other duties as assigned. Required Capabilities Bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, operations, or a related field or equivalent practical experience. Five or more years supporting executives or leadership teams, or comparable experience in consulting, banking, startups, or another fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to know which problems matter to the company. Demonstrated ability to absorb information quickly and communicate it clearly and concisely. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organization, prioritization, and project management skills. A self-starter, self-learner mentality — comfortable operating independently with ambiguity. Preferred Capabilities Fluency with AI productivity and research tools, and a habit of using them to work faster. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Project. Exposure to manufacturing, energy, climate technology, building products, or another physical-product industry. LuxWall is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. All applicants must complete and pass a drug screening and background check. LuxWall's process is a 10-panel drug screen which includes marijuana.
