Our Rochester team is growing, and we're looking for a strong leader to oversee mitigation operations, support field teams, and ensure jobs are completed at a high level. The Role This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing mitigation production. You'll be responsible for leading technicians, managing job flow, and making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards. This is ideal for someone who has been a Lead Tech or Crew Chief and is ready to step into managing people, production, and results. What You'll Be Doing Lead Mitigation Operations Oversee water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from start to finish Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Jump in on jobs when needed to support the team Manage Team & Production Lead and develop mitigation technicians and crew leads Set daily priorities and manage production workflow Hold the team accountable for quality, safety, and performance Project Oversight & Communication Communicate daily with project managers and coordinators Monitor job progress, timelines, and field execution Identify issues early and drive solutions Act as escalation point for customers when needed Documentation & Job Management Ensure all job documentation is accurate and complete: Photos, job notes, dry logs, scope sheets Maintain visibility into job status and progress Customer & Partner Interaction Support communication with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters Ensure a professional, clear, and consistent customer experience Equipment & Operations Oversee vehicles, equipment, and job site organization Ensure teams are properly equipped and job sites are clean and ready for handoff On-Call & Emergency Response Participate in and help manage on-call rotation Support high-demand "all hands on deck" situations What We're Looking For Experience Background in mitigation (water, fire, mold restoration) Experience as a: Lead Mitigation Technician Crew Chief Mitigation Supervisor Experience leading teams and managing job site production Technical Skills Strong knowledge of: Water extraction & drying Fire/smoke cleanup Mold remediation Experience with: Dry logs, job documentation, and scope of work Restoration workflows and job tracking systems Leadership Hands-on leader who leads by example Strong communicator who can manage people and expectations Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once Compensation & Benefits $55,000
  • $70,000 base salary + bonus potential Health, Dental, Vision 401K 2 weeks PTO Cell phone reimbursement Company vehicle / vehicle use options Schedule Monday
  • Friday (typically 7:30 AM
