Ashley Ballet Arts Academy Director of Operations and Marketing (With potential to grow into an Executive Director role)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Director to support both the front-office operations and the public-facing image of our academy. This role is ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day administrative tasks while also leading digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. As our academy continues to grow, this position has the potential to evolve into a more comprehensive Executive Director role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Manage and update the academy's website (Wix or similar). Create polished graphics, announcements, and promotional materials using Canva. Maintain and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook). Capture and organize class photos and occasional video content. Support email marketing, newsletters, and parent communications. Assist with branding, advertising, and community outreach. Operational Duties Serve as a key point of contact at the front desk; provide excellent customer service. Collaboratively design and manage enrollment, attendance, student records, payments, and general inquiries. Develop and assist with scheduling, event coordination, and program organization. Handle daily office tasks and ensure smooth operation of studio logistics. Support faculty and leadership with administrative projects as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Canva, social media, Apple Numbers (or similar), Apple Pages (or similar) and website management platforms (Wix/ Mailchimp ). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive, professional, and efficient demeanor in front-desk interactions. Experience in administration, marketing, communications, or related fields. Additional Preferred Skills (Bonus) Dance, yoga, or movement arts background. Photography or light videography experience. Experience in nonprofit management, arts administration, or team leadership. As the organization expands, this position holds the potential to develop into a broader Executive Director role, taking on higher-level leadership, strategy, and management responsibilities.
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
