Job Description
Position Overview We're looking for a seasoned District Manager who knows how to run restaurants the right way through people, standards, and accountability. This role oversees 5-7 restaurant locations , driving performance across operations, people development, customer experience, and profitability. If you've led multiple units before and know how to build strong General Managers while holding the line on standards, this is your lane. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers to consistently deliver strong operational performance Build a culture rooted in accountability, respect, teamwork, and high standards Train and mentor leaders with a focus on developing future talent pipelines Drive execution of company systems, processes, and operational standards across all locations Ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as state and federal regulations Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (sales, labor, costs, customer satisfaction) Identify trends, problem-solve gaps, and implement action plans that drive results Maximize sales, profitability, and overall business performance across assigned restaurants Conduct performance evaluations and support development planning for management teams Maintain a strong presence in the field, ensuring consistent execution and guest experience Qualifications Proven leadership ability with a track record of training, coaching, and developing high-performing teams Previous experience managing multiple restaurant locations (multi-unit experience required) Strong ability to operate independently while driving results across multiple sites Solid analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on performance improvement Ability to prioritize, multitask, and execute in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction, financial results, and team development Flexible schedule with the ability to travel between locations as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Bonus potential based on performance Career growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing leadership and management training Employee discount program Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off What Success Looks Like in This Role Strong, independent General Managers who can run great shifts without babysitting Consistent execution of operational standards across all locations Positive trends in sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction A bench of future leaders ready to grow with the business
