Event Supervisor

Responsibilities Support the day to day operations of assigned parking facilities in partnership with the Facility Events Manager. Ensure efficient , safe, and customer focused operations across all assigned locations. Follow and enforce company standard operating procedures (SOP's) while adapting to changing operational needs. Respond to operational challenges in real time using sound judgement and problem solving skills. Monitor and report system performance , operational issues, and customer or employee impacts. Assist with implementation of new systems, processes, and operational changes. Qualifications Valid drivers license with the ability to frequently travel between multiple facilities using a company owned vehicle. Flexibility to work varied hours based on the event schedule and operational needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English Language.
