As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires effective time management, and the ability to manage shifts efficiently. Responsibilities Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks to ensure high performance and productivity. Lift, bend, stow, or other physical movements. Lift up to 70lbs without assistance. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and addressing any staffing issues promptly. Operate a 16ft box truck safely and responsibly. Conduct operations in a safe manner. Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to safety standards while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or service environment is preferred. Proven experience operating commercial vehicles is a positive. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage shifts efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Exceptional leadership qualities with the capability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both staff and customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
