Job Description
The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. - Strategic Account Manager
- is responsible for managing the daily relationship with Target's Marketplace selling Partners with a focus on growth, profitability, and market share expansion. You will manage your portfolio, accountable for GMV, revenue, margin performance, and guest experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- + •Support Category Execution•- Support pricing and promotions to drive growth while balancing short-term performance with long-term opportunity.
- Strengthen Target's Marketplace
- - Optimize the Partner ecosystem and deliver differentiated assortments that elevate the guest experience. +
- Act as Partner advocate internally
- : build strong relationships with Partner leadership; collaborate with internal stakeholders (Site merchandising, Guest & Assortment Strategy, Marketplace New Business Development, Marketplace Support & Capability Development, Marketplace Operations & Services) to resolve issues, influence tools and processes, and support Partner growth +
- Turn Insights into Action
- - Use KPIs, guest behavior, competitive trends, and Partner analytics to shape strategies and improve conversion. +
- Consult on Financial Planning
