What You'll Do Lead and develop a proactive team to deliver exceptional guest service Ensure the park operates safely and efficiently every day Hire, schedule, and mentor team members Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation Monitor inventory, equipment, and daily operations Become proficient in our POS Lead by example and create a positive workplace culture We're Looking For Someone Who Loves leading people and building strong teams Stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be asked Communicates with confidence and respect Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated Enjoys working Tuesday
