This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, which requires thorough knowledge of various business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills as well as multi-tasking and planning skills. They must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business with a sense of urgency and ownership. Customer Service is paramount to our business, and a successful candidate will have the ability to dive in to learn the industry and ensure that excellent service is provided across the organization. This is a position that directly supervises multiple field service technicians. This position also coordinates with the sales team. Required Proven experience in a technical, field service/service delivery-oriented business. Responsibilities Directly manage technicians and ensure they are performing at an acceptable proficiency level, staying optimally productive, and provide constructive feedback, as required Monitor training program to verify proficiency and progression of technicians Safeguard assigned assets of branch, including: vehicles, inventory, equipment, DI tanks Key customer point of contact to address issues, service needs, and satisfaction Meet with key customers regularly to determine satisfaction Coordinate with Management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements Ensure that the company runs with legality, safety, and conformity to established regulations Support company sales and growth goals; assist with time and material quotes Skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Outstanding communication and people skills Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines or willingness/ability to dive in and learn In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g., supply chain, finance, customer service, etc.) Strong sense of urgency to address customer needs and accomplish operational objectives.
