Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight:

Manage operating budgets and manufacturing plans to hit cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Strategic Planning:

Lead high-level manpower and productivity scheduling.

Cost Management:

Drive cost-reduction in labor and materials; partner with Engineering to "engineer cost-out" of products.

Continuous Improvement:

Champion Lean Manufacturing to eliminate waste and optimize process flow.

Quality & Safety:

Implement world-class quality plans and maintain a safe, healthy work environment for all personnel.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Coordinate with departments to align operational output with company-wide strategic goals.

Candidate Requirements Education:

Bachelor s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred).

Experience:

10+ years in manufacturing management.

Technical:

Hands-on experience with PCBA/Electronics Manufacturing, metal fabrication, and painting/coating.

Operations:

Expert in low-volume/high-mix assembly and ERP/MRP systems (capacity planning/scheduling).

Certification:
