Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight:
Manage operating budgets and manufacturing plans to hit cost, quality, and delivery targets.Strategic Planning:
Lead high-level manpower and productivity scheduling.Cost Management:
Drive cost-reduction in labor and materials; partner with Engineering to "engineer cost-out" of products.Continuous Improvement:
Champion Lean Manufacturing to eliminate waste and optimize process flow.Quality & Safety:
Implement world-class quality plans and maintain a safe, healthy work environment for all personnel.Cross-Functional Leadership:
Coordinate with departments to align operational output with company-wide strategic goals.Candidate Requirements Education:
Bachelor s degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred).Experience:
10+ years in manufacturing management.Technical:
Hands-on experience with PCBA/Electronics Manufacturing, metal fabrication, and painting/coating.Operations:
Expert in low-volume/high-mix assembly and ERP/MRP systems (capacity planning/scheduling).Certification:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Military & Leadership Preference We highly value the discipline and strategic planning of Military Veterans. Candidates in technical branches are encouraged to apply.
