Paid Bonding Leave Well-Being Program Team Member Perks Compensation:
Starting pay range: $80,000 - $100,000‏‏‎ ‎ Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company. #LI-AN1
Requirements:
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Preferred experience in a large or multi-unit environment, with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting A passion for training, coaching, and engaging Store Managers and Team Members, with a focus on team building among managers and developing customized career paths Strong knowledge of business acumen—understanding of various business scenarios, and ability to adapt effectively during change, and provide valuable insights to achieve organizational goals Accountable for delivering financial performance in the district through effective P&L management, delivering the best guest experience, and driving a culture of coaching, engagement and teamwork Willingness to travel to provide a continued presence in stores
