We're Hiring:
Furniture Fulfilment and warehouse operations Manager (AKA Team Leader, director and motivator)

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, people-loving Fulfilment Manager to inspire our team, hold the line on performance, and take us to the next level. Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Hire, lead, and motivate a powerhouse Fulfilment team Coach your crew with energy, positivity, and real results Set and maintain a high-performance culture Build training plans and help Team members crush objections and Provide fast a professional service. Keep error-free transactions and streamline processes Cover missed shifts when no one else can (you're the safety net and the spark plug) Promote a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous growth
Schedule:
You'll be working 5 rotating days per week, on a four-week rotating cycle: Week 1: Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun Week 2: Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon Week 3: Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue Week 4: Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed Then the cycle repeats. Flexibility is key!
Compensation:
Base Pay:
$800 per week Bonus Structure (Based on Team Performance): Additional levels when employees reach other goals Manager must maintain a positive ontime scoring for deliveries and keep showroom stocked Leadership experience (retail/furniture preferred) Tech-savvy and process-driven Confident coaching and holding people accountable A motivator with strong closing skills and training instincts Obsessed with growth — both your team's and your own Passionate, organized, and dependable
