Job Description:

Operations Manager Trucking to $100,000.00 Per Year JVF Transport is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead our growing trucking company. This position will oversee daily operations, work closely with dispatch, drivers, customers, and our maintenance team, while helping improve efficiency and support continued growth. We're looking for someone who is a strong leader, organized, dependable, and able to solve problems in a fast-paced transportation environment. Trucking or logistics management experience is preferred. This is an opportunity to grow with an established, family-owned company and play a key role in its future.

Qualifications:

Transportation or logistics management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Self-motivated and organized Problem-solving mindset Customer service experience is a plus
