• Yep, you are the first point of contact in the war on mosquitoes and other pesky insects that can ruin outdoor fun. Handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing, and billing inquiries on a daily basis to make sure outside is fun again. People Partner
• Lead, train, and mentor field technicians and office staff on a daily basis in effective communication, problem resolution, and customer engagement

• Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues. Close communication with the field technicians to making sure they have the right supplies to service customers. Track & Tune

There are a few minimum requirements for our Operations Manager... Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to coach and develop teams in a hands-on enviroment. Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications including having experience with Microsoft Office products. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and follow through. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, performance, time, and prioritize tasks efficiently. Prior supervisor/management experience, particularly in the home services industry, is highly desired but not required Strong administrative, organization, phone and filing skills. Some basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000 and depends on whether you have prior experience in this or other similar operations manager positions.
