In this role, you will assess site-specific risks, develop and deliver post orders, onboarding, refresher, and emergency response training for security officers. You will coach supervisors, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with company and client standards. Partnering closely with operations leaders, you'll drive performance, safety, and professionalism in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with clear advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Lead all security training activities at an assigned client site Develop, deliver, and update onboarding, refresher, and site-specific training Translate post orders and client requirements into clear training materials Coach and mentor security officers and supervisors to performance standards Conduct drills and exercises for emergency and incident response Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements Coordinate with operations and client representatives on training needs Ensure adherence to Garda World and client safety and security protocols Support staffing transitions with timely orientation and skills training Required Skills Security operations management Training program design Adult learning principles Incident response procedures Risk assessment Access control systems Report writing and documentation Compliance and policy enforcement Public safety and emergency protocols Use of security technology (CCTV, alarms)
