Matching Program Basic Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Visit all active jobsites daily, prioritize starts and high-risk jobs Run and enforce a huddle rhythm (morning huddle, lunch check, end-of-day recap) Review end-of-day huddles nightly and know the next day's plan before morning Maintain job documentation multiple times daily in company systems Read/interpret plans, spot conflicts, and drive same-day resolution Verify deliveries and confirm quantities/selections match approved client choices Coordinate subcontractors and internal crews, manage handoffs and inspections Perform equipment checks, manage tools and readiness Track hours daily (estimated vs actual), explain variances, implement corrective plans Communicate professionally with homeowners, lead crews with clear expectations

Requirements:

1 to 3+ years leading field construction operations (landscape construction, outdoor living, pools, residential GC, or similar), or a related college degree (construction management, landscape construction, civil, etc.) with hands-on field leadership experience The Specialized Recruiting Group, an Express Employment Professionals Company, takes an individualized approach to professional placement.
