Cigar Lounge Manager

Lead Bartender — Cigar Lounge We're looking for a Lead Bartender to help lead the bar program and guest experience inside our upscale cigar lounge concept. This is not a high-volume nightclub bartending job — it's hospitality-first, relationship-driven, and built around great cocktails, premium spirits, cigars, conversation, and atmosphere. We're looking for someone who can command a room without ego, create regulars naturally, and make guests feel genuinely taken care of. Responsibilities Lead nightly bar operations and maintain service standards Create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for guests Build relationships with members and regular clientele Execute classic and craft cocktails with consistency Maintain strong knowledge of whiskey, bourbon, spirits, wine, and cigars Help oversee inventory, organization, and cleanliness Assist with training and mentoring bar staff Work closely with ownership and management on guest experience Help shape the culture and identity of the lounge What We're Looking For Strong bartending experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments Leadership experience preferred Confident, personable, and professional presence Passion for hospitality, spirits, cigars, and guest experience Ability to read a room and connect naturally with people Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Nights and weekend availability required Bonus Points Whiskey/bourbon expertise Existing cigar knowledge and enthusiasm to learn Experience in cocktail development Background in fine dining, luxury hospitality, private clubs, or boutique concepts Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, plus tips and growth opportunities within our hospitality group. $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
