Full Job Description Location:
St. Louis Area Preferred (Hybrid or Remote Considered)
Compensation:
$20-30/hour depending on experience and capabilities
Hours:
Approximately 10-25 hours per week initially, with potential for growth About CN Studios CN Studios helps business professionals become more visible through video, podcasting, content creation, and studio production services. We work with business owners, consultants, speakers, coaches, and organizations who want professional content without the complexity and stress often associated with video production. About the Role This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, tracking details, solving problems, and helping ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, organized, and takes ownership. They notice things before they become problems, follow through consistently, and help keep multiple projects, people, and priorities moving in the right direction. Our goal is to find someone who can become a trusted right-hand person to the owner—helping ensure projects stay on track, clients receive excellent service, and important details never fall through the cracks. Responsibilities Track active projects and monitor progress Follow up on action items and deadlines Review deliverables for completeness and quality Assist with scheduling and calendar management Monitor CRM workflows and automated processes Assist with lead tracking and follow-up systems Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and team members Help maintain project documentation and procedures Assist with social media, marketing, and website tasks Attend meetings and document action items when needed Communicate regularly with the owner regarding priorities, issues, and opportunities Ideal Qualities Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong follow-through and accountability Excellent written communication skills Comfortable learning new software and systems Naturally proactive Dependable and trustworthy Strong problem-solving skills Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Able to work independently without constant supervision Professional and positive when working with clients and team members Helpful Experience CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus) Project coordination Small business operations Social media management Marketing coordination WordPress or website updates Video production industry experience This position may begin part-time but has the potential to become a long-term role for the right person. Pay:
