Job Description

Description The Operations Manager will work directly with leadership to oversee and improve daily field operations across multiple crews and service lines. This individual must be capable of leading people, solving problems quickly, managing operational challenges, and helping create structure and accountability within a fast-paced construction environment. The right candidate will bring strong field credibility, operational awareness, leadership ability, and a high level of accountability. This role requires a leader who is comfortable both in the field and in operational planning discussions. Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
