Project Managers Position Summary Cardinal Contractors LLC is seeking an experienced Field Production Manager to lead the daily execution, quality, and accountability of our roofing production team. This position is responsible for directly managing Project Managers in the field, ensuring roofing installations run smoothly, resolving jobsite issues quickly, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving consistent compliance with company standards. The Field Production Manager serves as the primary field escalation point for production-related concerns to identify risks, improve performance, and maintain a high level of workmanship, documentation, and customer service. Key Responsibilities - Project Manager Leadership Day-of-Install Management Punchlist & Post-Install Closeout Walkthroughs & Customer Satisfaction Quality Control & Compliance Material Control Reputation & Customer Reviews Team Development Safety, Property Protection & Brand Standards Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by: Walkthrough completion within required timeframe Customer Satisfaction Form completion and documentation Punchlist aging and average time to resolution Day-of-install issue resolution time Reduction in callbacks and warranty/service rework Google review production Material return compliance Project Manager vehicle readiness JobNimbus documentation accuracy Customer satisfaction Field production consistency Project Manager accountability and development Qualifications Roofing production or construction field-management experience preferred Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems and installation practices Proven ability to lead and hold field personnel accountable Strong customer-service and conflict-resolution skills Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through Ability to identify jobsite problems and make sound decisions quickly Experience with JobNimbus or similar CRM/project-management software preferred Comfortable working in the field and traveling between active jobsites Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work flexible hours when required by active production schedules Why Cardinal Contractors Cardinal Contractors is focused on strong field execution, accountability, customer service, and continued growth.
