Position Summary Aspire Senior Living is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned skilled nursing and long-term care communities throughout Missouri. This Regional Director of Operations position partners with Administrators, Regional Clinical Leadership, Human Resources, Finance, and corporate support teams to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, census growth, employee engagement, and exceptional resident care. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support Administrators and facility leadership teams. Monitor operational, financial, census, labor, and quality performance. Conduct routine facility visits and develop performance improvement plans. Ensure compliance with CMS, state, OSHA, HIPAA, and company requirements. Support communities through surveys, investigations, and regulatory reviews. Partner with Clinical Leadership to improve quality outcomes and survey readiness. Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain strong facility leaders. Partner with HR on employee relations, leadership development, retention, and succession planning. Analyze financial and operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Drive census, occupancy, labor management, and financial performance. Implement company initiatives and operational best practices throughout the region. Communicate regional performance and priorities to executive leadership. Required Qualifications Current Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA/NHA) license in good standing Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of successful
LNHA/NHA
experience Minimum 3 years of multi-site or progressive operational leadership experience in long-term care Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state surveys, reimbursement, and skilled nursing operations Demonstrated success improving financial, regulatory, operational, and quality outcomes Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to travel approximately 70-80% throughout the assigned region Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field Experience overseeing multiple skilled nursing communities Experience with operational turnarounds, acquisitions, or facility transitions What Success Looks Like Success in this position includes strong survey outcomes, census and occupancy growth, effective labor management, financial performance, improved employee retention, positive resident outcomes, and the development of accountable, high-performing leadership teams.
