Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Office Lead, where you will be the heartbeat of our guest experience! In this energetic role, you will oversee front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, delivering exceptional guest services, and leading a team dedicated to hospitality excellence. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while creating memorable stays for our guests. Additionally you will be on call on certain days to help the front office manager with shift coverage. This is a requirement for this role, please do not apply if you are unable to assist with shift coverage. Duties Assist the Front Office manager with leading and motivating the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and friendliness Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly, maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach Oversee night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and operational integrity during overnight shifts Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly and smoothly Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to assist guests effectively Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to communicate clearly with guests and staff Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual setting Familiarity with hotel management software systems and night audit procedures Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems Demonstrated leadership ability to guide a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting Knowledge of guest relations strategies to enhance overall guest satisfaction Previous hotel experience emphasizing front desk responsibilities, guest services, and hospitality standards Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel valued!
