Job Description

Overview This position is an immediate opening. Overview Kirkwood National Golf Club , an 18 hole semi- private facility located in historic Holly Springs, Mississippi. Holly Springs is approximately 35 minutes from Memphis and only 25 minutes from Oxford and the University of Mississippi. The course opened to rave reviews in 1995 and has consistently received numerous awards from Golf Digest. The course features bluffs, winding creeks, abundant wildlife, rolling terrain. Kirkwood National measures 7,100 yards from the longest tees and features a vast practice facility with putting and chipping greens. Kirkwood National Golf Club offers a clubhouse that features the golf shop, grille, and a 150 seat banquet room. In addition, there are several rental cottages available on-site for golf groups, meetings, retreats, and reunions. Experience Required Essential Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities The ideal start date for this position is August 1, 2026. This role requires close collaboration with ownership to drive the overall success of the course, with a primary focus on maximizing daily fee rounds and increasing revenue. Manage pro shop and outside staff to ensure the efficient and friendly delivery of a premier guest and member experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategically promote and increase daily fee rounds and enhance all direct daily play activities and services to drive revenue growth. Organize, promote, and execute profitable tournaments and outings. Manage, display, and actively sell golf merchandise to maximize retail revenue. Supervise outside staff to ensure the efficient and friendly delivery of a premier guest and member experience. Maintain the highest professional standards by communicating effectively with all of the Course's guests, members, staff, and owners. Benefits Starting salary for this position is $55,000.00 - $65,000. PGA Education, Associates will be reimbursed upon completion of each level Monthly health insurance stipend toward private health insurance the professional procures if not available through spouse/significant other.
