The Operations Supervisor will plan, direct and assign work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department. This position will also support and implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials and working conditions.Qualifications:
- 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
- Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
- Previous experience in supervision, Preferred
- Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes desired.
Work Environment:
- This position is located in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material handling equipment in operation.
Compensation Range:
- $23.
