Local/Regional travel within the market About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead telecommunications construction operations supporting fiber optic and HFC/coax network expansion projects. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a field-focused professional who can manage crews, maintain high safety and quality standards, and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in underground telecommunications construction , including mainline construction, drop bury, restoration, and fiber/coax infrastructure . This role will oversee an established field operation of approximately nine crews and work closely with leadership to improve safety, productivity, quality, and accountability. Candidates should be located within approximately two hours of Kalispell, MT , with a preferred commute of 30-45 minutes .. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of telecommunications construction experience. 3+ years of supervisory, crew leadership, or field management experience. Strong experience in underground telecommunications construction . Experience with HFC/coax construction and fiber optic network projects. Experience supporting mainline construction, drop bury, restoration, trenching, and/or directional boring . Demonstrated ability to lead multiple crews and drive safety, quality, productivity, and accountability. Experience managing subcontractors and field personnel. Ability to read and interpret engineering prints, construction plans, and project documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
