Position Overview:

Chick-fil-A Albemarle is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives on coaching others, maintaining high standards, and embodying the values that define our culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage shifts, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Support and execute systems that drive consistency and performance Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Chick-fil-A values Assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance management Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience (restaurant or similar environment preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Passion for developing people and building strong teams Open availability, including nights and weekends Commitment to excellence and attention to detail Alignment with Chick-fil-A's values and culture

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
