HR & Operations Manager Lead HR and operations for a growing law firm, shaping culture, people, and workplace success across Western North Carolina! What's in it for you? HR & Operations Manager Details:
Direct Hire position $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Lead HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Oversee daily office operations and facilities across the firm's main and three satellite offices. Partner with firm leadership on employee development, workforce planning, policies, and workplace culture. Manage vendors, office resources, maintenance, equipment, and operational procedures across multiple locations. Supervise the Front Office Administrator and interns while supporting training, engagement, and firm-wide initiatives.
HR & Operations Manager Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of HR experience, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Experience with office operations, facilities management, and/or supporting multiple office locations preferred. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
SHRM/PHR
