Job Description

The Ticketing Operations Supervisor oversees daily ticketing operations and supports the resort's cash-handling procedures. This position supervises ticketing staff, assists with basic POS troubleshooting, balances daily sales, prepares deposits, and helps resolve guest issues. Flexibility is required to work various shifts based on operational needs. Responsibilities  Oversee daily ticketing operations and ticketing staff  Train and assist ticket cashiers  Operate and perform basic troubleshooting of the ticketing/POS system  Maintain change and cash levels throughout the resort  Count and balance cash drawers and cash bags  Verify daily sales and report discrepancies  Prepare daily deposits and required paperwork  Complete basic accounting and deposit spreadsheets  Assist with guest questions and concerns  Communicate important operational information to resort staff  Maintain an organized and secure Cash Services area  Protect confidential financial and employee information  Perform other duties as needed to support resort operations Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent  Previous customer service experience preferred  Cash-handling experience preferred  Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred  Comfortable using computers and learning POS systems  Strong attention to detail and basic math skills  Dependable and able to work independently  Strong communication and problem-solving skills  Available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays  Reliable transportation and ability to travel in winter weather
