The Role As Operations Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a residential and commercial licensed general contractor , ensuring projects are planned, staffed, and executed efficiently. Our projects range from $2,000 to $150,000 , requiring attention to detail, strong planning, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once. What You'll Do Oversee daily field operations across multiple projects Build and manage schedules to keep crews productive and on track Lead, develop, and hold accountable crew leaders and teams Coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with project timelines Manage materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics Monitor job progress and proactively solve problems Ensure quality, safety, and professionalism across all job sites Communicate directly with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations Participate in some sales activity, including follow-up calls and relationship building Communicate regularly with ownership on performance, challenges, and opportunities What You'll Bring Experience in landscaping or construction operations Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to plan ahead and adjust in real time Experience with: Hardscapes Drainage Planting and sod installation Equipment and jobsite logistics Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred A calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure Compensation & Opportunity $64,000 - $100,000+ salary , based on experience Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Full-time position Paid time off 9 paid holidays a year This role is designed for someone who wants to grow with the company .
