Job Description

Nesco Resource is hiring a Business Support Coordinator for our Client in
Conover, NC Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all records and deductions are verified Maintain and prepare financial reports and accounting records Utilize QuickBooks for daily data entry, reconciliations, and reporting Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration Respond to employee inquiries related to HR, payroll, and benefits in a timely and professional manner Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring completion from start to finish without the need for follow-up Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as needed
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and/or HR support roles Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team COM135 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
