Job Description

Full-Time Condo Complex Maintenance Coordinator - Must have maintenance background. Will be responsible for maintaining and improving facility and equipment. Will perform maintenance functions themselves, oversee the work of others, and identify and contract with vendors to provide the services. Maintain Swimming pool. Track work orders. Handle and oversee day-to-day maintenance. Salary based on experience.
