$50,000 +

Performance Bonuses Target Earnings:

$75,000-$130,000+ Mullins Company is hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our insulation crews, manage scheduling, control materials, and ensure jobs run safely and efficiently. This is a field-focused leadership role with strong performance incentives and real operational authority. What You'll Do Schedule and manage daily insulation crews Procure spray foam, fiberglass, and job materials Track materials on and off trucks for job costing Maintain accurate warehouse inventory Oversee fleet maintenance (box trucks, vans, pickups) Conduct OSHA-based safety toolbox talks every two weeks Perform quality control and resolve callbacks Communicate with customers about schedules and job progress Support light sales for retrofit home insulation Performance-Based Incentives You earn additional pay when you deliver results: Low callbacks Zero job-related injuries requiring treatment Biweekly documented safety meetings Accurate inventory reconciliation Fleet maintenance compliance Accurate material tracking 90%+ fiberglass purchased direct from manufacturers Commission on self-generated retrofit insulation work Performance is measurable and bonuses are clearly defined.
