National Restoration Supervisor Greensboro, NC |
Nationwide Travel Required Compensation:
$90,000-$150,000 + Travel Benefits A growing national restoration organization is seeking experienced Restoration Supervisors to lead field crews on active disaster recovery and emergency response projects throughout the country. This role is ideal for hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage crews in the field, and are comfortable traveling extensively to support large-loss and catastrophe restoration efforts nationwide.
Position Summary:
The Restoration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing restoration crews, managing daily field operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and professionally. This role requires rapid deployment capabilities, strong leadership skills, and the ability to perform in high-pressure emergency response environments. The main office is based in Greensboro, NC, and candidates should be located within driving distance or open to relocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Management & Field Operations:
Supervise and lead restoration crews on active job sites nationwide Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, scheduling, and logistics Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to company standards Perform and oversee hands-on mitigation and restoration work as needed Maintain quality control and enforce safety compliance across all job sites Track and manage assigned equipment and company resources Communicate project updates, staffing needs, and operational concerns with leadership Participate in emergency response efforts and remain prepared for rapid deployment Support and motivate crews while maintaining accountability and professionalism
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate job documentation including notes, photos, job logs, and updates Ensure project records, safety documentation, and reporting are completed accurately and on time Track equipment usage, manpower updates, and operational activity Coordinate project scope changes and communicate updates with management teams Maintain clear customer and internal communication records throughout projects
Customer & Team Communication:
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams Provide leadership, direction, and support to field employees and crews Foster a team-oriented environment focused on accountability and communication Help maintain productivity, professionalism, and morale in demanding field environments
Operating Systems & Technology:
Xcelerate Microsoft Office SharePoint Equipment Tracking Systems Restoration Documentation & Reporting Platforms What They're Looking For:
Prior restoration, construction, or related field experience required Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability and willingness to travel nationally for extended periods Ability to mobilize quickly during emergency response situations Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred Must be located within driving distance to Greensboro, NC or willing to relocate
