Mission Operations Coordinator (Front Desk Receptionist) Echo Sierra Tactical (ESTac) - Indian Trail, NC Part-Time Train With Purpose. Operate With Precision. Echo Sierra Tactical is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist—internally known as a Mission Operations Coordinator—to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. This is a critical role. You set the tone, control the flow, and ensure every client is fully prepared before stepping into training. Ideal for someone professional, organized, and confident in a fast-paced, structured environment. What You'll Do Greet and check in members and guests with professionalism Ensure all waivers and requirements are completed prior to training Manage bookings, scheduling, and customer flow throughout the day Process payments, memberships, and retail transactions accurately Answer questions about training sessions, memberships, and offerings Coordinate with instructors and OpFor to keep sessions running on time Maintain front desk continuity and overall organization Support reset and readiness between training blocks About the Role You own the front line of the operation—setting expectations, managing flow, and keeping things running smoothly without constant direction. Not passive—you are actively managing people, timing, and movement Not just administrative—you are coordinating real-time operations High ownership—professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail matter Safety & Professionalism Ensure all participants meet requirements before entering training Follow and enforce operational procedures and standards Maintain awareness of facility activity and customer flow Represent ESTac with professionalism, accountability, and consistency Show up prepared, on time, and ready to execute What We're Looking For Customer-facing experience (front desk, hospitality, retail, fitness, etc.) Strong communication skills and professional presence Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Comfortable with basic systems (booking tools, POS, email) Self-starter who takes ownership and works well within a team Schedule & Physical Requirements Part-time; weekend availability required Evening and occasional night shifts Active, high-traffic environment with extended periods of standing Able to lift light items (merchandise, equipment, etc.) Compensation Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunities for increased hours based on performance and availability Why ESTac Work in a unique, immersive training environment Gain hands-on experience in operations and customer flow management Be part of a structured, team-oriented culture Opportunities to grow into expanded roles as the business scales
