Job Description
Night Shift Manages superintendents, supervisors, and hourly associates in relation to safety, quality, employee relations, yield, and productivity. Duties/Activities Required by Job Ensuring all milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met. Developing process improvements to increase level of service utilizing business and technical resources. Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, costs, resources and timing. Developing, managing and maintaining ongoing work plan and coordinating schedules and activities. Promote and enforce a culture of safety Educations/Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree preffered (Ag, Operations Management, Business) 5-7 years demonstrated supervisory/management, must include experience managing multiple departments, experience will be considered in lieu of degree, previous poultry experience preferred, previous manufacturing management experience required if no poultry.
Demonstrated experience with Financial analysis in an operations setting (Agristats), HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) in depth knowledge and experience. USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines. #
