Reservation Specialist

Reservation Specialist Pirate's Cove Realty Pirate's Cove Realty is currently seeking a Vacation Specialist to join our team. We are a small, family owned business that enjoys working together. A qualified candidate must be able to multi task and be willing to learn different aspects of the Vacation Rental business.

Duties will include:

Taking/servicing reservations  Retrieving source information and reporting on reservation system.  E-mailing, faxing or mailing vacation Rental Agreement to tenant.  Note on reservation date lease agreement was sent and how, date returned, if insurance was declined, any information the guest gives you should be put on the reservation.  Daily update on reservations with payments due, call or email guest and follow up until guest is paid or reservation is un-booked. Note any correspondence with guest in the note field to aid others should guest call when you are not available to take calls.  Process internet payments and email lease agreements daily  Allocate payments as directed by management  Fielding questions Guest Relations as needed  Check guests in and out  Assist visitors in finding entertainment and services  Field inquiries  Make sure any check in packets for late arrivals go to the guard gate  Address complaints  Creating work orders  Follow up on complaints  Use superior hospitality skills to interact with homeowners and guests ensuring they have the most pleasant experience possible with the rental department.
