Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to admitted patients, tailoring interventions to individual treatment plans. Perform assessments and develop therapeutic goals in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Document patient progress, communicate updates, and adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes. Educate patients and families on exercises and aftercare for successful continuation of therapy.
Qualifications:
Active license to practice Physical Therapy (or eligibility to obtain in North Carolina). Experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Dedication to patient-centric care and professional growth.
