Erosion DeFence, LLC Field Manager Erosion DeFence is an erosion and sediment control company based out of Monroe, North Carolina. We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic people to join our team as a Field Manager.

• Field Managers are responsible for: Helping organize daily schedules for our crews Assisting crews in determining what materials need to be loaded on the trucks for the daily jobs Ensuring safety protocols Meeting with project managers on the job site Pre-viewing jobs to be done to ensure accuracy and identify any potential hazards Maintaining open lines of communication with project managers Assigning field work reports to crew leaders Auditing field work reports and submitting to the office for invoicing Visiting job sites to track progress and integrity of work done by the crews•Job requirements: Reliable/dependable Ability to get to work•you will need reliable transportation to and from work Comfortable with regular exposure to weather conditions working outside Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work well with others in a group setting Be able to delegate work responsibilities to our crew leaders Ability to field calls/texts/emails from our customers and communicate effectively Ability to work 40+ hours per week Work Saturdays as required•Field Managers often work one Saturday out of the month to get crews started on daily jobs Experience with skid steer / mini excavator / tractor is a plus but not required Experience or familiarity with driving a truck and trailer is a plus but not required•Benefits offered: Paid holidays and company holidays Paid time off•based on tenure Earned personal leave•awarded if always on time Eligible for quarterly bonuses Company truck provided Salaried position paid weekly Pay will be appropriate to experience and responsibility.
