About Husek Brothers Fencing Husek Brothers Fencing installs residential and commercial fences across Southeastern North Carolina. We believe a fence is more than a boundary. If you take pride in your work and want to lead crews that do the same, we want to talk to you. The Role Our Superintendents oversee the work in the field across a territory. You run the crews and job sites in your area, which often means a couple of different jobs going at the same time. You keep production on schedule, hold every crew to our quality standard, report progress to the office, keep paperwork and photos current, and set each site up to win the next day. This is an oversight and leadership role. You're managing crews and moving between job sites. We provide a company truck. You'll be driving between multiple sites throughout the day and towing trailers, so you need to be comfortable and safe behind the wheel with a trailer. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across the active jobs in your territory Own quality control Track daily production and report it to the office Flag issues and delays early Close out each job site right Provide exceptional customer service and communication What We're Looking For Experience preferred, but we will train the right person. A strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in your work matter more to us than years on paper. Fencing or construction experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You'll be operating a company truck daily. Comfortable and confident towing trailers between job sites. Able to lift and carry at least 80 pounds and work outdoors in all conditions, including coastal heat and weather. Dependable, organized, and able to lead multiple crews and keep several job sites productive at once. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
