What You'll Do:

Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors Partner with nursing and administrative teams to support newly admitted residents Help identify and meet resident needs to ensure a comfortable and positive stay Provide information on facility services, programs, and daily activities Coordinate and assist with events, celebrations, and special gatherings Ensure residents have access to daily essentials (toiletries, comfort items, etc.) Build strong relationships with residents and families to enhance satisfaction Maintain consistent communication and deliver a high level of customer service Support additional duties as needed to enhance the overall resident experience

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping others Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve effectively Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer systems A team player who is flexible, patient, and service-focused

Experience:
