Full-Time Position Overview The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality performance of assigned teams. This role involves coordinating work activities, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards. The Supervisor serves as a key liaison between management and staff, supporting workflow efficiency, addressing operational challenges, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. By providing leadership, guidance, and accountability, the Supervisor plays a critical role in meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily team operations to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to employees to support performance, engagement, and professional development. Monitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and operational procedures. Communicate expectations, priorities, and operational updates clearly to team members. Identify workflow issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and team performance. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and corrective guidance as needed. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and training of new and existing employees. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with management and other departments to support operational goals and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong understanding of operational workflows within the relevant industry. Ability to effectively manage people, schedules, and resources. Basic proficiency with office software and communication tools. Experience with performance management and employee development is preferred. Leadership or supervisory training certifications are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours as required by operational needs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Key Skills Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for guiding teams and maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Daily use of organizational and problem-solving abilities supports effective scheduling, workflow coordination, and issue resolution. The Supervisor relies on decision-making and conflict-resolution skills to maintain productivity and morale while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. Proficiency with basic technology and reporting tools supports performance tracking, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
