Cinema Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cinema Supervisor to lead our theater operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily cinema activities, manage staff, coordinate events, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities Supervise daily cinema operations, including ticketing, concessions, and guest services to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive work environment. Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels and coverage during busy periods and special events. Coordinate and manage special events, screenings, or private functions to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at the end of shifts. Write detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, or guest feedback to inform management decisions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Willingness to learn and operate projection equipment and Cinema Software Willingness to learn the knowledge of the arcade department Experience Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced environment such as nightclubs, restaurants, or hospitality venues. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative atmosphere. Experience in events management or coordinating special functions within entertainment or hospitality settings. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and conflict resolution. Familiarity with shift management, report writing, and cash handling procedures. Previous assistant manager or management experience in a resort or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of managing large groups or overseeing nighttime operations in dynamic environments like nightclubs is a plus.
