Full Job Description Opportunity Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for all areas of production for a single shift and leads a Team of people assigned to perform work; direct people to produce finished product. The Supervisor is responsible for the production schedule and meeting all aspects of the defined criteria. How you will impact
Smurfit Westrock:
Responsible to all areas of Production; Machine centers and Production. Responsible for meeting Daily Production Schedule and demands Monitor and ensure all employees are working safely and within guidelines Is responsible for meeting projected Production Efficiencies and rates. Monitor Production, and resolve daily issues that occur on Production Floor Keep track of efficiency reports What you need to succeed: Must Have High School Diploma or GED and 5 years supervisory experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment. Must be able to read a tape measure and math skills. Must be able to clearly communicate with employees and management Intermediate computer skills: Email, Excel, Word, and relative corrugated industry specific software experience.
