What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities As an Operations Supervisor, you will function as a hands-on Project Manager ensuring top-tier service delivery across client locations . Lead daily site workflows, manage team coverage, and act as the primary Operations Supervisor for site projects . Direct ground operations as a Project Manager, ensuring quality control standards and safety protocols are met . Adapt schedule based on operational demands while maintaining an 8-hour workday Monday through Friday . Utilize your vehicle for field oversight (gas mileage reimbursement provided) . What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor, Project Manager, or team leader . A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel . Flexibility to work varying Monday-Friday hours totaling 8 hours per day . Strong problem-solving and communication skills .
