Mandan, ND About the Role We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and manage our commercial roofing crews and field operations in Mandan, ND. This hands ‑ on role focuses on driving production, leading superintendents and foremen, and ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Roofing Field Operations

• Lead and support superintendents, foremen, and crews
• Ensure teams have the direction and resources needed to perform
• Build a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork Manage Production & Jobsite Performance
• Oversee daily field production
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Perform regular site visits and inspections
• Monitor staffing and productivity Drive Safety & Quality
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer and company specifications
• Address safety and quality concerns promptly Coordinate Project Execution
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and office staff
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and materials
• Resolve field challenges and keep work moving Support Customer Relationships
• Interact with General Contractor's, owners, and inspectors
• Assist with resolving field issues and change orders What We're Looking For
• 5+ years minimum of progressive leadership in a foreman, superintendent and/or manager role
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
• Effective communication with field and office teams
• Highly organized; strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience managing large commercial roofing projects
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field Why Join Us
