Streamline Water Services - Williston / Watford City, ND Area Full-Time | Housing Allowance | Paid Benefits | Company Training | Relocation Required Job Summary Streamline Water Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Water Transfer Supervisor to join our North Dakota operations team. This position is responsible for leading water transfer crews, overseeing daily field operations, maintaining safe and efficient job sites, and ensuring water transfer projects are completed professionally from rig-in through rig-out. This role requires relocation to the Williston / Watford City, North Dakota area . The ideal candidate will have strong oilfield experience, water transfer knowledge, leadership ability, and the confidence to manage crews in fast-paced field conditions. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Housing allowance Paid benefits package Company-provided training Full-time employment Long-term growth opportunity Strong safety culture Advancement opportunities within field operations and automation support Supportive management team focused on building quality crews Key Responsibilities Supervise daily water transfer operations in the field Lead crews during job setup, operation, maintenance, and rig-down Oversee the installation and removal of layflat hose, poly line, pumps, manifolds, valves, meters, and related equipment Monitor pump operations, flow rates, pressures, fuel levels, and overall system performance Identify and troubleshoot field issues before they become operational failures Communicate professionally with customers, consultants, company representatives, and Streamline management Ensure all employees follow company safety policies, customer requirements, and site-specific procedures Complete and verify required job documentation, including JSAs, inspections, reports, time records, and equipment usage Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections of equipment and work areas Help train new employees on safe work practices, water transfer procedures, and company expectations Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Report equipment damage, maintenance needs, incidents, near misses, and safety concerns immediately Assist with scheduling, crew coordination, equipment planning, and job readiness Hold team members accountable for performance, safety, communication, and attendance Required Qualifications Previous water transfer, oilfield, or related field operations experience Prior leadership, foreman, supervisor, or crew lead experience preferred Strong understanding of pumps, hose systems, valves, manifolds, meters, and basic water transfer operations Ability to lead crews in remote field environments Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, heat, wind, snow, ice, rain, mud, and dust Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical field work as needed Willingness to work extended hours, rotational schedules, weekends, nights, and overtime as operational needs require Must be willing to relocate to the Williston / Watford City, ND area Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of water transfer experience 2+ year of crew leadership or supervisory experience Experience working in the Bakken oilfield Knowledge of layflat hose, poly pipe, transfer pumps, manifolds, and flow meters Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability Experience with safety documentation and field reporting CDL preferred but not required OSHA, First Aid/CPR, H2S, or other oilfield safety training preferred Work Environment This position is field-based and requires working in active oilfield locations throughout North Dakota. Work is performed outdoors in changing and sometimes severe weather conditions. The Water Transfer Supervisor must be safety-minded, professional, dependable, and capable of leading crews under pressure.
