This position supports employees and customers by coordinating the activities of assigned mobile and fixed-site imaging routes, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency.

Location:

Office-based role located on-site at our West Fargo corporate headquarters, 728 East Beaton Drive, Suite 101 or Sioux Falls location, 109 S Petro Ave. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field or equivalent work related experience. Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and support geographically dispersed employees. Exceptional time management, organizational, relationship management, critical thinking and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. PC proficiency using a variety of software packages and computer navigation. Must have a strong accuracy and detail orientation and the ability to work well independently with limited direct supervision. The ability to handle difficult situations, remain calm under stress, manage emotional situations, display empathy and maintain positive communication during a rapidly changing environment is a must! Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement. Must be flexible to work outside of traditional business hours as needed.
