RCD Operations Administrator North Dakota | Oilfield Services Ready to be a key part of a fast-paced oilfield operations team? We're looking for a RCD Operations Administrator to join our North Dakota team and provide essential administrative and operational support to our RCD operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an oilfield environment. You'll play an important role in keeping inventory, billing, assets, shipping, receiving, and purchasing activities running smoothly. What You'll Do Manage inventory transactions and cycle counts to maintain accurate records Support billing submittals and ensure documentation is complete and accurate Conduct and maintain asset counts and tracking Coordinate shipping and receiving activities Schedule and coordinate trucking and transportation as needed Process and track purchase order requests Maintain accurate records and documentation Work closely with operations, field personnel, vendors, and internal teams Provide day-to-day administrative support to the RCD operations team Assist with additional operational and administrative duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous administrative, operations, inventory, logistics, or oilfield experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with inventory, assets, and operational documentation Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Experience in an oilfield, industrial, or equipment-based environment is a plus Why Join Us?
